Over the two-day span, the no-kill shelter will bringing out adoptable puppies and dogs to all three Norma's Cafe locations to help them findforever homes. To celebrate, Norma's Cafe is bringing back its famous chili dogs, with a portion of all sales benefitting Operation Kindness' operational costs. Donate Here
