On Thursday, June 25th Cook Hall in collaboration with Y5 Farms will be hosting a "nose-to-tail" dinner prepared by Chef Vijay Sadhu. Proceeds will benefit Haden Smith, a young Ellis County Future Farmers of America student who raised the hog at hand. As Haden would like to be a part of the pig's life from farm to consumer, he will also be present to help work in the kitchen and prepare each plate for each of our special guests.
