On Thursday, June 25th Cook Hall in collaboration with Y5 Farms will be hosting a "nose-to-tail" dinner prepared by Chef Vijay Sadhu. Proceeds will benefit Haden Smith,
a young Ellis County Future Farmers of America student who raised the hog at hand. As Haden would like to be a part of the pig's life from farm to consumer, he will also be
present to help work in the kitchen and prepare each plate for each of our special guests. We would love to have you come out and SWINE & DINE with us!
