Chef Antonio Marquez of Lazaranda is one of the chefs competing in the American Institute of Wine and Food (AIWF)’s annual Caesar Salad Competition. Held at The Westin Dallas on October 26th, the event is a huge crowd pleaser with over 500 people attending each year. All of the funds raised go toward AIWF’s “Days of Taste Program”, dedicated to educating 4th and 6th graders on healthy eating habits.
