My friends on Facebook and Instagram are always commenting, “You have the coolest job, you eat out every day at the coolest places.” While that is true, we still have our day jobs in the office executing plans for our clients. I find this research and development to be one of the most interesting parts of our public relations and real estate processes and one of my favorite things to do in our industry. Soaking up the experience like biscuits soak up gravy helps us understand the customer better, the business better and of course, the food better. So, I better get back to work now…is it lunchtime yet?
