Get your forks ready! Reservations for DFW Restaurant Week are now available and we’ve got the scoop on the must stop spots. More than  130 restaurants in North Texas are participating and offering three-course meals for $35 and $45. Try some of the top restaurants in town and give back while you wine and dine. A portion of every meal goes back to the North Texas Food Bank or Lena Pope Home. DFW Restaurant Week begins with preview weekend August 9-11. The week continues August 12-18, and extended participation is August 25-Sept. 1. Chef Antonio Marquez has prepared a delicious three-course meal with an optional wine pairing that you cannot miss. Experience Mexican cuisine during a three-course meal featuring items like mahi mahi ceviche, sea bass, and a chocolate and mango soufflé with tequila caramel sauce. Lazaranda is also offering a signature cocktail for $12. The Don Julio cucumber mint margarita is made with Don Julio Blanco, fresh key lime juice, muddled cucumber, mint simple syrup and Cointreau.

MAX’s Wine Dive has many options ready for you on Chef Patrick Russell’s DFW Restaurant Week menu including an optional wine pairing. During the first course, choose from six delicious choices ranging from MAX n’ cheese to nacho mama’s oysters. There are five entree options including MAX’s famous fried chicken, shorty roll with beef short ribs, diver scallops & Texas caviar, fried egg sandwich, and chanterelle bolognese. Asador Chefs Dean James Max and Brad Phillips prepared a delightful three-course menu with an optional fourth course, wine pairings and specialty cocktail. Enjoy Asador’s DFW Restaurant Week menu with course selections like roasted peach salad with Deep Ellum blue cheese, Texas pecans and Tassione Farm greens, Kimchi BBQ back ribs with cast iron cornbread and apricot, and angel food cake with lemon balm curd and local strawberries.  An additional fourth course featuring passion fruit jalapeño sorbet is also available along with a specialty cocktail, the mango de gallo margarita made with mango and pico de gallo infused tequila, fresh cilantro, Cointreau and fresh squeezed lime juice.

Head to Cook Hall at W Dallas-Victory for Restaurant Week and you won’t be disappointed. Chef Rick Graff prepared a special three-course menu with options like deviled eggs with gulf blue crab, crispy gnocchi with sweet peas and prosciutto, and butterscotch pudding. Guests also have the option of a side plate like caramelized cauliflower with hummus or crispy potatoes with chili aioli and golden garlic. A specialty cocktail will also be offered.
